For individuals involved in the field of healthcare quality. Members may vote, serve on teams, and hold any association office. Benefits of individual membership include access to members only section of website, quarterly e-newsletter, free CEU opportunities and reduced registration for FAHQ (state) educational events.
For healthcare organizations providing direct patient services. Organization must be located at a single address or join for each physical location. Organization Representatives will be provided full individual member benefits. Other employees may join as Organization Members at no additional cost and receive individual member benefits except they may not serve as team leaders or be elected to FAHQ office. Member Organizations will be recognized on the FAHQ website, have right of first refusal for sponsorship of FAHQ events, and will receive reduced advertising rates for the FAHQ website.
Covers full individual membership for up to four faculty members. Academic Member institutions are recognized on the FAHQ Website.
For individuals 60 or older who are retired or working less than half time and have been a voting member for at least the last three years prior to initial application for this status. Past Presidents of FAHQ are also recognized as Emeritus Members. Provides full benefits of individual membership.
Must be a full-time student enrolled in a health profession major or a health professional seeking a higher degree full-time. Membership includes all individual member benefits, but the individual cannot hold office or serve as team leader unless the team specifically relates to student activities. Proof of student status must accompany application.
