FAHQ Annual Conference
April 1 – 3, 2026

FAHQ’s 3-day 2026 conference will offer up to 17.5 CE hours, in addition to Poster Presentation CE. We will be posting additional session information to CONFERENCE SCHEDULE and SESSIONS AND FACULTY as speakers and poster presenters confirmed.

Four Ways to Save on Registration:

Register as a FAHQ member. Receive the lowest fee. Not yet a FAHQ member? Join and Register to get member fee and a full year of membership for only $40 over your registration – save $15 on your first year’s membership.
Register during our Early Bird period. Extended to March 15. Avoid a $60 price increase activated after this period ends on March 15.
Register your organization’s team. Groups of 3 or more from healthcare organizations receive a 10% discount off regular fees. Based on 2025 feedback we have worked to simplify the process for group registration. If you want to register your team, find more information on our GROUP REGISTRATION page. You may register as part of your organization’s team even if you are using another discount, such as a speaker or poster presenter. See GROUP REGISTRATION page for more details.
Use applicable discounts. If you are a Student Member of FAHQ, you are eligible to receive a 50% registration discount. FAHQ Emeritus Members receive a 25% discount. Our primary speakers and poster presenters also receive a discount as do FAHQ Board members. To obtain your coupon code to apply any of these discounts, contact FAHQ Conference Registrar.
IMPORTANT IF USING A DISCOUNT COUPON CODE: You may use only one coupon code when registering, so make sure you use the one giving you the greatest discount!

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be issued if requested prior to March 4 but are subject to a $75 processing fee. There will be no refunds issued after March 4. Registration may be transferred to a substitute if notification is received by March 25. Notification should be made to FAHQ via email to the Conference Registrar.

To JOIN AND REGISTER Discounted $40 membership fee will be added to activate registration at the member fee price for any session. You will have a FAHQ membership active for a full year from your registration date! Conference fees will be the same as Member fees below.
