FAHQ Annual Conference April 29 – May 1, 2025

Four Ways to Save on Registration: 

1. Register as a FAHQ member. Our members receive the lowest fee offered.  If you are not yet a FAHQ member, you can choose Join and Register to get the low member fee and a full year of membership for only $40 over your registration – also saving $15 on your first year’s membership.
2. Register during our Early Bird period. After the Early Bird registration ends on April 1 2025, 4 weeks before conference, all prices increase by $60.
3. Register your organization’s team. Three or more of you team members registered at one time will receive an additional 10% savings over regular registration. Go to Group Registration to find out more information and to download the request form.
4. Use applicable discounts. If you are a Student Member of FAHQ, you are eligible to receive a 50% registration discount.  In addition, FAHQ Emeritus Members receive a 30% discount.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be issued if requested prior to April 1 but are subject to a $75 processing fee.  There will be no refunds issued after April 1.  Registration may be transferred without additional cost to a substitute if notification is received by April 28, the day before the conference opens.  Notification may be made to FAHQ via email to the Conference Registrar.
