FAHQ members and non-members may register to attend our pre-conference and/or the full two-day conference. You may also choose to register for a single conference day (Thursday or Friday) if you cannot attend the full two days.
Not yet a FAHQ member? Use Join and Register this year and save on your first year’s membership. Choose this option when you register, and your first-year membership fee is $40.00 (full member fee = $55.00). Join and Register applies to both Pre-Conference and all Conference options.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be issued if requested prior to March 20 but are subject to a $75 processing fee. There will be no refunds issued after March 20. Registration may be transferred without cost to a substitute if notification is received by April 2, the day before the conference opens. Notification may be to the Conference Registrar.
Fees have increased this year but at a lower rate than the overall expenses affecting the conference budget.
Group Registration Discount: Save 10% on registration when you register 3 or more team members from your organization at the same time. Some limitations and restrictions apply. Go to the Group Registration Page for instructions on registering your team.

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION SAVES MONEY! Register before March 8 for us to confirm attendance and our food plans with the hotel. Conference fees will increase by $60 after that date.
Speaker and Poster Presenter Discounts: Our 2024 Speakers and Poster Presenters receive a 50% discount when registering To request the coupon code to receive your discount, please contact: Conference Speaker Coordinator or Conference Poster Coordinator.
Student and Emeritus Discounts: FAHQ’s Student Members receive a 50% discount and Emeritus Members receive a 30% discount for either the Full Conference or single day Conference fee. To request the coupon code to receive your discount, please contact: Conference Registrar.
