In 2025, we are prioritizing the recruitment of new members, including early-career professionals, to strengthen the next generation of healthcare quality leaders. Our Member Development Team, in collaboration with the Nominations Team, and the Communications Team, will work to expand our reach and market the FAHQ effectively. However, growth isn’t a task for teams alone—every member plays a crucial role in advancing our mission.
Without growth, we risk stagnation, and with stagnation comes decline. Let’s ensure the FAHQ remains a dynamic, thriving organization by actively engaging with our colleagues, sharing the value of membership, and mentoring the next generation of healthcare quality leaders. Quality isn’t just a departmental responsibility—it impacts every patient and healthcare professional. Let’s think creatively and break down silos as we move forward together.
