Visit and review each Poster highlighting the great work being performed by quality professionals throughout Florida (and beyond). Complete a separate evaluation form provided at the Registration Desk. Submit your completed evaluation form and earn two additional CE credits for the eight posters. Posters will be available for review on Thursday and Friday in the Exhibit Hall.
Networking is a great part of the Conference experience, and there is ample opportunity for this! One such opportunity occurs Thursday evening, following our educational session. The FAHQ Board invites all Conference participants to the President’s Reception. This is a chance to network with your colleagues and have some fun at the end of a productive day. Drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and a lovely selection of hors d’oeuvres will be served and our Fabulous Raffle will be held to support FAHQ education and the Healthcare Quality Foundation.
Every year FAHQ receives exceptional support from our vendor partners. This is one reason we can hold our conference registration to 2013 prices. The Exhibit Hall is open on Thursday and Friday, allowing ample time to explore what these companies provide to support our work in healthcare quality. Special activities in the Exhibit Hall add to the excitement! All conference registrants will receive a tool to be stamped as you visit our different Exhibitors. Those getting all exhibitors to document your visit are entered into a daily drawing (one entry per person) for a $50 gift card. Two drawings will be held; one on Thursday and one on Friday.
Wear your CPHQ pin to the Conference and get a free ticket to our Amazing Raffle when you check in for the conference. The raffle is held at the President’s Reception, Thursday evening.
FAHQ is holding a Stuffed Animal Drive to support First Responders that deal with children in crisis. You will receive one entry into a drawing for free registration to the 2019 Conference for each stuffed animal donated. Donations must NEW, be medium-sized (12-14 inches), have short hair, be all plush, have no bead filling, no hard-plastic heads, no motors, amplifiers or batteries, and still have the manufacturer’s tags attached.
FAHQ local areas, Past Presidents, corporate supporters and individual donors provide wonderful items each year for our Amazing Raffle. Half of the funds raised are sent to the Healthcare Quality Foundation and half are retained by FAHQ in support of membership educational activities and grants. HQF supports the advancement of healthcare quality professionals. Proceeds collected throughout the year from individual and state donors, as well as unique fundraising events, fund the grants awarded by NAHQ throughout the year.

If you are taking advantage of traveling to the Orlando area with family or friends not attending the conference, for $50 you can provide your guest with access to meals and breaks on Thursday and Friday and to the President’s Reception on Thursday. Sign up for a guest ticket when you register.
