The Conference Planning Team is using our 2025 attendee input to make sure you have an opportunity to make the best of this in-person event! Now that call for abstracts is complete the team will be moving to confirm and add Special Events. Let us know at Conference Team if you have suggestions too.
Networking is a great part of the Conference experience, and there is ample opportunity for this! We will use color-coded stickers you can place on your nametag to identify your geographic location and interest in working towards CPHQ certification. We will also have some designated tables during meals and breaks to let you touch base with others in your area of healthcare quality practice. This will make it easier for you to link up with other attendees based on one or more of these categories. We are also providing a full attendee list providing contact information so you can continue your networking after conference.
Details are being worked out, but the planning team is working on a method for you to identify the positive results of your networking activities and to be rewarded! More information will be posted as planning is complete and instructions will be provided on site.
Join us for an informal reception during the hotel’s complimentary evening reception on Wednesday from 5:30 to 6:30 PM. The hotel offers a selection of complimentary beverages and snacks for hotel guests with options to purchase additional drinks and appetizers. This reception provides an opportunity for attendees to meet and make dinner arrangements following the day’s activities.
Every year FAHQ receives support from the vendor partners who work with you throughout the year. This relationship allows FAHQ conference to maintain a reasonable registration rate. The Exhibit Hall is open on Thursday and Friday, allowing time to explore the value these companies provide in their support of our work in healthcare quality. Special activities in the Exhibit Hall add to the excitement! In addition, we will recognize those companies providing additional support for FAHQ and our members by sponsoring elements of the conference.
We invite you to wear your CPHQ pin at the Conference to receive a complimentary ticket to our raffle. FAHQ also wishes to acknowledge those who have earned their CPHQ credential, as well as individuals currently pursuing certification.

FAHQ Past Presidents, corporate supporters and individual donors provide wonderful items each year for our raffle in support of membership educational activities and grants. Raffle tickets will be on sale during exhibit hours on Thursday with drawings during lunch and breaks and at the end of the day on Wednesday and Thursday. In addition to our Amazing Raffle items, we will do the 50-50 raffle again.

As the conference closes Thursday, we will draw from all registered attendees to award free registration to the 2027 conference.
