WELCOME TO THE 2020 FAHQ ANNUAL VIRUTAL CONFERENCE
FAHQ leadership and teams welcome you to our first virtual conference. Whether you have continued your usual quality role or have been involved in other ways to help your healthcare organizations respond to the pandemic, you still need continuing educations hours for Florida license renewal and CPHQ re-certification. We are happy to offer 13 hours of CE credit for those accessing all conference content and you can do so at your own pace from October 23 through December 11.
We hope you are ready for some excellent healthcare quality content from speakers you have heard before as well as from some new to a FAHQ conference. They all offer expert perspective on topics of importance, ranging from creative approaches in the journey towards a high reliability organization to how to use true empathetic communication with co-workers, patients and families to impact quality and safety.
Access to the conference sessions starts Friday, October 23. Early that morning you will receive an email with a link to the web page(s) providing access to those sessions you have registered for including specific instructions on how to access and use recordings on the GoToWebinar platform.
Along the way listen out for the winners of our weekly ‘door’ prizes! We will draw from all registered attendees on the last day of each week after the conference starts. Every week we will draw for 2 coupons for member registration to a future FAHQ webinar ($15.00 value each), sponsored by Partners in Healthcare Quality. Every other week we will add in a drawing for a American Express gift card sponsored by the FAHQ Past Presidents. And finally – drum roll please – on the day conference access ends, December 11, we will draw for a free member registration to the 2021 FAHQ Annual Conference (minimum value $180.00).
