Manager, Quality & Disease Management

Individual will possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Hospital Administration, Business or other professional health care field (i.e: Epidemiology). Masters degree preferred. Four years of related experience in a managed health care environment with background in Medicaid. Current State of Florida License or eligibility. Documented participation on the successful development and/or implementation of a QI program. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Effective analytical and organizational skills. Experience in clinical services/UM/CM and/or experience with health data system. Ability to travel in Miami Dade and Broward Counties.
